Last month, Gok hit the streets of Liverpool in search of Britain’s top fashionistas. And once he found them, he asked them to strut their stuff on his travelling catwalk.

The catwalk took centre stage in Williamson Square where the cream of the fashion crop took to the runway and showed Gok just why they deserved to win a place in the show’s grand final.

Hundreds of people turned up but there could be only one winner. Ann-Zoe Ofredapo will join 7 other finalists on 14th August for a chance to win a fabulous prize and be crowned the ‘Most Stylish Person in Britain’.

Ann Zoe was shopping in town and went along to the catwalk just to meet Gok Wan- and then walked away the winner!

Style supreme Gok Wan commented; “Her style is unlike anything I’ve seen before. Her eclectic mix of urban meets EMO provokes a luscious combo of true street style. Words that spring to mind to describe her style are genius, fashion savvy, courageous and daring.

Britain is known the world over for its street style – it’s where the best designers in the world look to for inspiration, and this is all about celebrating that fact – Britain has style like no other country on earth!

Channel 4’s style icon Gok Wan has been scouring the country to find Britain’s fashion icons for his brand new series – Gok’s Fashion Fix.

Gok’s Fashion Fix is set to be the weekly must-watch fashion series with a front row seat to the best of high street and designer shopping. The programme peeks into the wardrobes of some of the world’s hottest stars including Joan Collins, Kelly Osbourne, Mischa Barton and Geri Halliwell.

Roving reporter Alexa Chung will join Gok in interviewing some of the most influential movers and shakers in the world of fashion including Roberto Cavalli, Karl Largerfeld at Chanel, Luella, Missoni and Jean Paul Gaultier.
