Chelsea blues jazz it up
I don't mean "Who won the match?". I don't care about that. If I had my way they'd both lose. At least John Terry will forever torture himself with that slip and miss. Plus, there was a glimmer of hope Ronaldo might leave.
The real contest was, which team won the style award. We all remember the cream Armani suit disaster for Liverpool in 1996. Robbie Fowler looked so cute but I wonder if the "Spice Boys" ever forgave David James for that one.
There was a very obvious winner in the Chelsea v Man U style stakes this week. And the winner was........very definitely.....Chelsea.
Although Man U looked smart, the bright white of the shirt with the bright red tie looked tacky somehow. Chelsea looked tone down and smooth. (That was my last ever compliment for any Chelsea player.)
