If you're skint and can only afford one item of fashion this week make it a short sleeve cardi. Go, go, go...
Hopefully you're not reading this because you've already rushed out to buy one....but here's my favourite one from Topshop...
It's £25 and you could wear it over shirts, t-shirts, dresses, strappy tops to go out. Very versatile.

ilove short sleeves but getting older now and a bit flabby!
Ilove buying clothes but have decided to try to save my money instead. BECAUSE either nobody notices my new clothes or they are very jealous because they are so lovely! still can't help looking though.
